BVC is a 501C3 non profit with a prime directive of helping children enhance their lives through a two fold mission. Our first mission is securing healthy eye sight through vision awareness and testing along with supporting vision research facilities. Our second mission is reaching out to children in the foster community along with underprivileged children to enhance and envision a positive future through guidance, awareness, mentoring, instruction and education.
